1. Data Controller

Zenix Veri Merkezleri is the data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Contact: kvkk@zenix.net.tr

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity data: first name, last name, Turkish ID number (for invoicing)
• Contact data: email address, phone number, company address
• Customer transaction data: order history, invoices, support tickets
• Technical data: IP address, access logs, usage statistics
• Financial data: payment details (processed by the payment processor)

3. Purposes of Processing

• Performance of the service contract and account management
• Invoicing and accounting obligations
• Technical support and customer service
• Legal obligations (tax, public security)
• Service security and fraud prevention

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to subprocessors, to competent authorities when legally required, and to an acquirer in a business transfer. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

5. Retention Periods

• Account data: contract term + 3 years
• Invoice/accounting data: 10 years (Turkish Tax Law)
• Technical logs: 1 year
• Support tickets: 5 years

6. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under the Law
• Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
