Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all services provided by Zenix Veri Merkezleri. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate service suspension without refund.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Zenix services to host, transmit, or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities immediately
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism or mass violence
• Copyright-infringing material without a valid license or exception
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, or exploit kits
• Phishing pages, credential harvesting, or identity theft infrastructure

3. Prohibited Network Activities

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating spam infrastructure
• Conducting port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without written authorization
• Launching or participating in DDoS attacks
• IP address spoofing or source routing attacks
• Open SMTP relay operation
• Tor exit relay operation (guard/middle relays: contact us first)

4. Resource Usage

On shared services (web hosting), excessive resource usage that degrades performance for other customers may result in resource limits being applied, with notice where possible.

5. Reporting Violations

Report AUP violations at abuse@zenix.net.tr. Include evidence, IP addresses, timestamps, and your contact information. We investigate all reports and respond within 24 hours.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in: content removal, traffic filtering, rate limiting, service suspension, or contract termination. We cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law.

7. Appeals

If you believe your service was suspended in error, contact abuse@zenix.net.tr with full context. We review all appeals within 2 business days.
