01Can I tour a Zenix facility?
Yes. Facility managers run weekday tours at our operational sites. Request a slot through the contact form — we confirm access lists in advance.
02Which services run at every location?
Dedicated servers, VPS/cloud, and colocation are available at Istanbul, Sofia, Dublin, and Karachi. IP transit is on-net at the European and Istanbul PoPs; Karachi also offers remote hands.
03Do you offer remote hands?
Remote hands cover rack-and-stack, smart hands, and escorted access. Scope and hours are confirmed per site when you order colo or a custom dedicated build.
04Are the facilities carrier-neutral?
Yes. Each site has multiple on-net carriers and cross-connect options. We do not lock traffic to a single upstream — AS209604 peers and transits independently.
05How fast is provisioning?
In-stock dedicated and VPS configs typically provision the same day. Colocation and custom hardware follow the agreed install window after power and cross-connects are confirmed.
