Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service offered by Zenix Veri Merkezleri (“Zenix”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Zenix provides data center infrastructure services including dedicated servers, virtual private servers, colocation, IP transit, web hosting, domain registration, and related services (“Services”).

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use of Services complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: sending unsolicited communications (spam), hosting illegal content, conducting network attacks, copyright infringement, and any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on the cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payment may result in service suspension after a 72-hour grace period following written notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

Uptime commitments and credit procedures are detailed in our Service Level Agreement. SLA credits are the sole remedy for service availability failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ZENIX IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL ZENIX BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Zenix may terminate immediately for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, access to Services ceases and data is purged within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days' notice.
