How to Report Abuse

If you believe Zenix infrastructure is being used for abusive or illegal purposes, please report it to us. We take all reports seriously and act promptly.

Response time: within 24 hours (CSAM: immediate)

What to Include

• The IP address(es) or domain(s) involved
• Date and time of the incident (with timezone)
• Type of abuse (spam, DDoS, phishing, copyright, etc.)
• Evidence (log extracts, email headers, screenshots)
• Your contact information for follow-up

CSAM Reporting

Child sexual abuse material is reported to IWF (Internet Watch Foundation) and Turkish authorities (RTÜK) immediately upon discovery. Zero tolerance — no prior warning to the user.

DMCA / Copyright

For copyright infringement notices under DMCA or EU Copyright Directive, send a takedown notice to abuse@zenix.net.tr with: identification of copyrighted work, location of infringing material (URL/IP), your contact info, and a statement of good faith belief.

Law Enforcement

Law enforcement requests should be sent to legal@zenix.net.tr. We require proper legal process (court order, subpoena) for data disclosure. Emergency requests involving immediate threat to life are processed 24/7.

Investigation Process

1. Report received — acknowledgment within 24h 2. Investigation — typically 1–3 business days 3. Action taken (removal, suspension, or no action with explanation) 4. Reporter notified of outcome
