01What is the minimum space?
Placement starts at 1–4U in a shared cabinet. Quarter, half and full cabinets are available, as well as a locked cage or private suite.
02Is 24/7 access available?
Authorised staff may enter at any hour. The entry method — card, multi-factor authentication or escort — varies by site and is stated on the location page.
03Which operators can I cross-connect to?
Cross-connects are available to the on-net operators at the chosen site. The list is on the relevant location page. Where you take Zenix network service, traffic is carried on AS209604.
04How is power determined?
Power and density are set for the chosen site and installation. Dual feed is provided where the hall infrastructure supports it.
05Is remote hands available?
Yes. On-site engineers at each facility handle racking, cabling, restarts and similar work. Scope and response time are defined on the order.
06How does installation proceed?
Requirements are confirmed, an optional site visit is arranged and a written proposal is issued. An installation window is scheduled after the hardware arrives at the facility.
