1. Data Controller

Zenix Veri Merkezleri is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our services. Data Protection Officer: privacy@zenix.net.tr

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account data: name, email address, company, billing address
Payment data: billing details (processed by our payment processor; we store only the last 4 digits and card type)
Technical data: IP addresses, server logs, usage metrics
Communication data: support tickets, emails, contact form submissions
Cookie data: analytics and preferences (see our Cookie Policy)

3. How We Use Your Data

Legal bases and purposes:

Contract performance: provisioning services, billing, technical support
Legal obligation: tax records, abuse investigation, law enforcement requests
Legitimate interest: security monitoring, fraud prevention, service improvement
Consent: marketing communications (opt-in only)

4. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with: (a) our data processors acting under our instructions; (b) competent authorities when legally required; (c) business transfers (acquirer in M&A). We do not sell personal data.

5. Data Retention

Account data: retained for the duration of the contract plus 3 years. Billing data: 10 years (tax law). Log data: 1 year. Support tickets: 5 years.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

EU residents have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Submit requests to privacy@zenix.net.tr. We respond within 30 days.

7. International Transfers

Data is processed within the EU/EEA and Turkey. Transfers to Turkey rely on the European Commission adequacy decision. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used where applicable.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access control, and regular security audits.
